Industrial Asset Health Copilot
Predictive diagnostics demonstrated on NASA's C-MAPSS turbofan degradation dataset
Demonstration using public NASA C-MAPSS data. The same architecture applies to compressors, pumps, turbines, motors, or any monitored industrial equipment.
How It Works
Data Ingestion
Sensor telemetry from 21 channels per engine is ingested, parsed, and structured into time-series records indexed by engine and operating cycle.
Normalization & Baselines
Each engine's healthy baseline is computed from early-life readings. Rolling statistics and trend analysis detect deviations from normal operating patterns.
Anomaly Detection
Threshold crossings, trend breaks, and correlated multi-sensor anomalies are flagged with explainable rules — no black-box ML required for the detection layer.
AI-Assisted Diagnosis
A diagnostic copilot synthesizes sensor trends, anomaly history, and fleet comparisons into evidence-backed assessments with specific readings cited.
