Terms of Service
Effective May 13, 2026 · Draft pending legal review prior to general availability
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of justinternetai.com and the JustInternetAI Platform (multi-tenant SaaS hosted at platform.justinternetai.com and per-vertical subdomains). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who can use the service
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you and the organization.
The service is not designed for, and may not be used in connection with, life-critical, safety-critical, or medical applications where failure could cause death or serious harm.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it current.
- You will promptly notify us at justin@justinternetai.com if you discover unauthorized access to your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for abuse.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms and prices are presented at checkout and may vary by vertical.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is resolved. After an extended unpaid period, we may close the account per our data retention policy described in our Privacy Policy.
- Prices and features may change. For paid subscribers, we will provide notice of any price increase before it takes effect on your next renewal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Upload, transmit, or process content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, including by sending excessive automated traffic, attempting denial-of-service attacks, or probing for vulnerabilities without our written authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code of the service, except where the law expressly permits this.
- Use the service to develop a competing product or to train AI models on data extracted from our service.
- Resell, sublicense, or expose the service to third parties as if it were your own, except as expressly permitted by a separate written agreement.
- Use the service in connection with sanctioned countries or parties on government denied-party lists.
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including suspending access and reporting activity to law enforcement.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the service (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service for you, and as required by law.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit Your Content and to authorize its processing by the service. You represent that Your Content does not violate any law or third-party right.
When you connect third-party services (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), the scopes you grant determine what the platform can read or write on your behalf. You may revoke that access at any time from your account's integrations page.
6. Our intellectual property
The service — including its software, design, user interface, and documentation — is owned by JustInternetAI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service as expressly permitted by these Terms during your subscription term. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly as the source.
7. Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers and may interoperate with third-party applications (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Stripe, and others listed in our Privacy Policy). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, except as required by law.
If a third-party service becomes unavailable or changes its terms in a way that affects the service, we will make reasonable efforts to find a substitute or modify affected functionality, but we cannot guarantee continued availability of third-party-dependent features.
8. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and aim for the uptime targets described in our public status page and any applicable service-level commitments. We may perform scheduled maintenance and may, with reasonable notice for paid subscribers, discontinue or modify features.
We may, without prior notice, take action to protect the security or integrity of the service, including emergency maintenance, blocking of malicious traffic, and rate limiting.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. AI-generated outputs may be incorrect; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before relying on them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustInternetAI's total liability arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms, in any twelve-month period, will not exceed the greater of: (a) the fees you paid for the service in that twelve-month period, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00).
In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold JustInternetAI harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the service in violation of these Terms, (b) Your Content, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, non-payment, or where required by law.
On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We will retain and delete Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in King County, Washington have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are a consumer subject to mandatory local-law protections that conflict with this section, those local-law protections prevail to the extent required.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice in the application or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order forms or vertical-specific addenda, constitute the entire agreement between you and JustInternetAI regarding the service.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
- You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Notices to JustInternetAI must be sent to the address below.
